How it adapts

Save the session so the next one can use what happened.

Public catalog sessions are useful right away. Account-backed logs are what let SessionPlan distinguish the source session, the plan you selected or adapted, and the work you actually completed.

What changes after saving

Before an account

  • Open a public catalog or QR link.
  • Preview and perform a session.
  • Use the workout without creating durable history.

After saving with an account

  • Save the selected session into your SessionPlan history.
  • Log completion, effort, discomfort, skipped work, notes, and set details.
  • Let future prescriptions use account-backed context you can inspect and correct.

What saved context can help with

A saved quick log says the session was very hard or incomplete.

Future sessions can hold load, reduce volume, or choose simpler work.

A full log shows every set was completed comfortably.

Future sessions can consider modest progressions in load, reps, or difficulty.

A saved limitation or discomfort note stays relevant.

Future sessions can avoid or scale that pattern until you update the context.

Your program, sport schedule, or available training days are saved.

Future sessions can better preserve the plan intent while managing fatigue.

You save or correct the equipment available at a location.

Future sessions can prefer tools that are actually available there.

These are examples, not guarantees. Adaptation quality depends on what has actually been saved and how much detail the log contains.

Quick logs and full logs do different jobs

Quick log

A quick log can capture completion, overall effort, discomfort, skipped sections, and notes. It supports conservative session-level changes.

Full log

A full log captures set-by-set work. It gives SessionPlan better evidence for exercise-by-exercise progression and substitutions.

Privacy and control

Anonymous catalog use is not attached to durable training history. Logs, profile context, program notes, sport context, and equipment preferences become useful for adaptation after you save or log them with an account.

Connected AI clients can use SessionPlan context only through authenticated connected workflows. SessionPlan does not turn public catalog browsing into connected AI access.

Discomfort and limitation notes can help future sessions avoid or scale patterns, but SessionPlan does not diagnose injuries or replace professional care. Stop or substitute when pain is acute or worsening, and seek appropriate professional guidance.
